Thank you for choosing Frisco Aquatics. Please follow these steps in order to complete your Frisco Aquatics team registration. If you have any questions please email our Head Coach Dan McDonough at swimfrisco@aol.com
Your child will need to attend one of our STROKE ASSESSMENTS. Beginning in October, we hold STOKE ASSESSMENTS the first Tuesday of Each month at 6:00pm in the FISD Natatorium. Please sign in upon arrival at the Natatorium with the REGISTRATION VOLUNTEERS. You will receive a GROUP ASSESSMENT SHEET and fee schedule at this time.
2. After Stoke Assessment
Turn GROUP ASSESSMENT SHEET into the registration volunteers and then follow the online directions below.

ALL MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INFO. IN THE
FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
a) Frisco Aquatics Photo and Press Release Form
b) USA Swimming Athlete Registration
c) Frisco Aquatics Registration From
d) Fee Schedule and Contract
e) Frisco Aquatics Volunteer Hours Requirement
f) You will receive your pass code after on line registration is complete and all forms have been turned in. Use your pass code to access FULL website.
5. Return Forms with a copy of the swimmer’s Birth Certificate on first day of practice.
6. Complete Auto Pay after you receive your account passcode and auto pay instructions.
7. Purchase group required equipment from our distributor.

8. Attend the next monthly Parent Meeting.
You will be able to ask any question you want to our Head Coach Dan McDonough. Also you will receive your team shirt and cap from Apparel Chair Nancy Sandwisch.
